Terms of Service

These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern use of BiHesap's features built on Meta's platforms: the Inbox, which sends and receives customer messages over Facebook Messenger, Instagram Direct, and WhatsApp; and the CRM feature that retrieves and displays leads generated through Meta Lead Ads ("the Service"). By connecting a Facebook Page, Instagram account, WhatsApp Business Account, ad account, or Business Manager to BiHesap, a business ("you", "your business") agrees to these Terms.

1. The Service

BiHesap acts as a Meta Tech Provider. With your authorization, we connect your Facebook Page, Instagram professional account, and/or WhatsApp Business Account to send and receive customer messages inside BiHesap's Inbox; and, via Facebook Login for Business / Business Manager partner access, retrieve leads submitted through your Lead Ads forms and related campaign context for BiHesap's CRM.

2. Your responsibilities

• You must have the right to connect the Facebook Page(s), Instagram account(s), WhatsApp Business Account(s), ad account(s), and Business Manager you authorize BiHesap to access.
• You are responsible for how you use the messages and leads handled through the Service, including complying with applicable data protection and marketing/consent laws (e.g. GDPR, KVKK) toward the customers and leads you contact.
• You must not use the Service in a way that violates Meta's Platform Terms, Messenger Platform Policy, WhatsApp Business Messaging Policy, Lead Ads Terms of Service, or Advertising Policies.

3. Our responsibilities

• We will only access the Pages, Instagram accounts, WhatsApp Business Accounts, ad accounts, and Business Manager data you explicitly connect to BiHesap.
• We will not share your conversations, leads, or campaign data with other BiHesap clients.
• We will make reasonable efforts to keep the Service available and to promptly deliver messages and new leads once retrieved from Meta.

4. Meta's role

The Service depends on Meta's Messenger Platform, Instagram Platform, WhatsApp Business Platform, and Marketing API. Meta may change, restrict, or discontinue access to these APIs at any time, which can affect the Service's availability. Your use of Meta Pages, accounts, and ad accounts remains subject to Meta's own terms, independent of BiHesap.

6. Disconnecting the Service

You may revoke BiHesap's access at any time from your Facebook, Instagram, or WhatsApp Business account settings (Business Integrations / Business Manager → Integrations → Apps), or by contacting us. Once revoked, we stop retrieving new messages or leads for the disconnected account.

7. Limitation of liability

The Service is provided "as is". BiHesap is not liable for losses arising from Meta API outages, changes to Meta's platform, or messages/leads not retrieved due to permissions being revoked or restricted by Meta or by you.

8. Changes to these Terms

We may update these Terms as the Service evolves. Material changes will be reflected by updating the "Last updated" date above.
